- Cabin Rental ($289 initial + $129 each additional guest; up to 8 total guests in each cabin) Cabin guests will be billed as registration closes and the total cost of the cabin will be divided equally among the rental guests.

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1. The theme for The 2023 Trail Life USA Nationwide Convention is “Celebrating Our Past; Launching Our Future.” Trailmen, this is your convention – truly a “don’t miss” event celebrating the first decade of the Trail Life journey! We’ll recall the amazing adventures encountered along the trail since 2013 (pictures, exhibits, interviews, and more) – and we’ll have an exciting vision to share for the next miles of our journey together! Your 2023 Nationwide Convention Committee includes 31 volunteers from all across the nation – and we’ve been listening to your hopes and dreams! This convention will be amazing and unique… Want to camp? Maybe throw some axes? Or Zipline…or hop in a lake? Maybe you just want a bit more time for great fellowship with other Trailmen? We’ve got you covered! But wait, there’s more! You’ll hear from great speakers, enjoy your fellow Trailmen providing great entertainment, and you’ll do it all at a beautiful venue with awesome food! But can I stay in a hotel? …or a dorm? …or can I camp? You bet! First come, first served, so make your plans now for this once in a lifetime event!
2. The Details: August 10-12, 2023. Country Lake Christian Retreat is about 20 miles north of Louisville, KY (815 Country Lake Rd, Underwood, IN). Will there be some youth there, probably, but this convention is not a youth event, it is focused on you as Trail Life leaders. Is it affordable? Best convention pricing ever! 3. We can hardly wait to see you at the 2023 Nationwide Convention. But before we get started, remember… “A Trailman Honors God” – pause for a few minutes to read Joshua’s story and God’s command to him: “Be strong and courageous!” Trailmen, get ready to celebrate the past and discover the future!
